Make-Up Class Policy (effective June 1, 2017): We understand that you might miss a class or two. If you are registered for a program you can make up a maximum of 1 missed classes per session. 

You need to email Marina 24 hours prior to making up a class. Make up class provided only if space permitting and in a class that allows drop in. All missed classes need to be made up in the current session and cannot be carried over to the next session

*Please note: this is a Fit 4 Two Langley/Aldergrove policy ONLY. Not applicable to other offerings from the Township or City community centers.

Refund Policy: No refunds without a Doctor's note. You may be able to get a class credit, but each situation will be reviewed individually.
