Make-Up Class Policy (effective June 1, 2017): We understand that you might miss a class. If you are registered for a program you can make up a maximum of 1 missed class per session.  You need to email Marina 24 hours prior to making up a class. Make up class provided only if space permitting and additional class is available.  All missed classes need to be made up in the current session and cannot be carried over to the next session

*Please note: this is a Fit 4 Two Langley/Aldergrove policy ONLY. Not applicable to other offerings from the Township or City community centers.

Refund Policy: No refunds without a Doctor's note. You may be able to get a class credit, but each situation will be reviewed individually.
