New Make-Up Class Policy: We understand that you might miss a class.  If you are registered for a class you can make up ONE class (space permiting), at a different class, per session. The classes must be made up in the Vancouver East territory only within 30 days of the missed class. You will need to get a signed makeup card from your instructor.

Refund Policy: Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the completion of the 2nd scheduled class. No other refunds requests will be considered without a doctors note. All refunds will be pro-rated with an administration fee of $5 to each person and program and 30% of the session for Personal Training and Dr note. Refunds will be returned by method of payment, with the exception of cash. Cash refunds will be returned by cheque and may take up to 14 days.

My prenatal classes with Pilar were fun, active and challenging - it was more than I expected. I met other moms-to-be and started looking forward to my classes each week. Callie is entertaining, full of facts and is very inspiring.

While I knew staying active during my pregnancy would benefit me physically and mentally, I underestimated what it would do for me postnatally. Even though I had a great labour with only minor “fixing up”, I truly thanked those lunges when I needed to get myself out of bed and use my leg muscles. I was grateful for the Kegels when my pelvic floor healed very quickly, and for those arm exercises now that my baby is eating and gaining weight!  I can’t wait to start the mom and baby classes!
