More about Cosette Dorge Bott »
Cosette is a fitness enthusiast who has been involved in team sports since a very young age. In 2008, she entered a fitness competition and was featured in a Canadian fitness magazine. She recently shifted her passion for fitness into a career by becoming a MFC Certified Group Fitness Leader, an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist and a Fit 4 Two franchisee!
As an instructor, Cosette keeps her classes spicy, incorporating techniques she learned in CrossFit, bootcamps, aerobics, Muay Thai kickboxing, Yoga and Pilates over the years. French is her first language, and she is excited to offer bilingual classes in her community!
Cosette fell in love with Fit 4 Two during her first mom and baby class with son Noah in 2010. Now all she wants to do is share this feeling and all the other wonderful benefits of Fit 4 Two with other moms and moms-to-be, helping them feel their very best!
