Fit 4 Two® offers a variety of programs for pregnant women, new moms and new families.
All Fit 4 Two® Instructors are Certified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialists and certified Fitness Instructors and/or Personal Trainers. We follow the 2019 Canadian Guideline for Physical Activity Throughout Pregnancy.
