Planning for a Fit Pregnancy - Workshop

This workshop is designed for women who are planning or trying to conceive and want to benefit from:

40% decrease in the risk of developing preeclampsia
25% decrease in risk of developing pregnancy-related depression 
 
The Canadian Guideline for Physical Activity Throughout Pregnancy recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week.   This 90 minute interactive workshop includes a review of our national prenatal guidelines, suggested activities, sample strength + core routines, and a discussion of overcoming obstacles. Design your own prenatal fitness program with the support of your local Fit 4 Two pre/postnatal fitness expert. Walk away with a plan to stay fit during your pregnancy in a way that works for you!
 
Fit 4 Two® instructors are certified pre and postnatal fitness specialists and follow the Canadian Guideline for Physical Activity Throughout Pregnancy. All fitness levels and trimesters welcome. Online prenatal intake form must be completed before your first class.
