Baby-Free Bootcamp

Baby-Free Bootcamp is the perfect solution for moms who have gone back to work or who simply prefer a baby-free evening workout. Benefit from the continued camaraderie of fellow moms as your instructor motivates you through an intense full-body bootcamp.  Class will focus on: cardio, strength, power, agility, balance and flexibility.
