This baby-friendly class allows new moms to benefit from both cardio and yoga. Babies like it because there is so much to see and hear. Moms like it because they can attend to their babies’ needs and get a well rounded workout at the same time. Connect with other moms and babies in your community while reconnecting with your mind and body.
Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). All fitness levels are welcome. This class is designed for pre-mobile babies.
