Postpartum Nutrition

Join us for a fun and informative series of classes you can attend with your baby.  This class is designed to give moms basic nutrition knowledge and easy to use tools to make eating healthy easier for both themselves and their family.    Sessions are designed for moms with babies 0-2 years. Connect with other new moms in your community and find the support you need to make healthy eating a part of your life.  Handouts and recipe cards included.  

Topics Include: Nutrition to Support Breastfeeding & Beyond, Finding Time & Energy to Eat, Stocking your Kitchen with Good Nutrition, Meal Planning & Easy Menu Ideas and Losing Weight Safely After Baby.
