This program is designed to give moms basic nutrition knowledge and easy to use tools to make eating healthy, mindful easier for both themselves and their family.
Sessions are designed for moms with babies 0-12 months. Connect with other new moms in your community and find the support you need to make healthy eating a part of your life. Handouts and recipe cards included.
Topics Include: Nutrition to Support Breastfeeding, Finding Time and Energy to Eat, Meal Planning and easy menu ideas, Losing Weight safely after Baby; Infant Nutrition – getting started with solids and beyond.
