Prenatal Fitness Fusion

Multi-level.  All trimesters welcome.
A perfect class for moms-to-be who prefer a blend of strength training and yoga.  Each class includes a pregnancy specific warm up, strength training session and yoga segment.  Connect with other moms-to-be in your community while reducing prenatal discomforts like lower back ache, fatigue and swelling.  All Fit 4 Two® Instructors are Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialists and follow the guidelines of Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC).
