Stroller BootcampLet’s get outside! Stroller Bootcamp for moms & babies/tots includes a variety of drills that focus on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio and core. Benefit from the camaraderie of other moms in your community while getting in a high intensity full body workout. Women must be 8+ weeks postpartum and have been exercising regularly (cardio and strength training) for 6+ weeks. Not quite ready? Check out Fit 4 Two® Stroller Fitness (multi-level). For safety reasons, mobile babies/tots should remain in their strollers/carriers/mom's arms until core work. Click here to see this class on CBC.
