Stroller Fitness

Fit 4 Two® Stroller Fitness

Fitness, friendship and fun. Each class includes intervals of cardio drills and functional strength training followed by postnatal-specific core work and flexibility. Come out and meet other moms in your community! Fit 4 Two® instructors are certified pre and postnatal fitness specialists. All fitness levels welcome. 

Participants should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). This class is ideal for ALL ages of babies and tots who enjoy the stroller, including MOBILE babies. You do not need a jogging stroller.  Double strollers welcome. For safety reasons, mobile babies & tots should remain in their strollers/carriers/arms until core work. Online postnatal intake form must be completed before your first class.
