This 30-minute class is designed to retrain your mind-CORE connection after pregnancy and childbirth.  We will be using the latest research to help you improve CORE strength and flatten your tummy.  It’s time to get strong from the inside out.  Not only will you look and feel better, but you'll have the strength to tackle the everyday tasks of motherhood. 

Your Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist with educate and motivate you through this baby & tot friendly class.  In order to achieve maximal results, we strongly recommend taking Level One before Level Two.  This class is suitable for women with abdominal separation
