Tummies 4 Mommies L2
Now that you have retrained your mind-CORE connection and increased your CORE strength, it’s time to pick it up! Move on to more challenging abdominal exercises with the confidence that your CORE is effectively activated throughout. This 30-minute class is baby & tot friendly and is taught be a Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist.
In order to achieve maximal results, we strongly recommend taking Level One before Level Two. If you have an abdominal separation, please register for Level One.
