Fit 4 Two® offers four mobile baby/tot friendly classes: Stroller Fitness, Mom & Baby Fitness, Parent & Tot Circuit and Mom & Baby AquaFit.
When should I start massaging my baby?
Gentle, loving touch is a wonderful way to bond with your new baby. Your baby will tell you when she is ready for massage. For most healthy babies born at term, this is usually around the 2-4 week mark.
How old should my baby to attend an infant massage class?
We recommend waiting until feeding is well-established and you are feeling rested enough to enjoy attending a class. Please note that our classes are designed for pre-mobile babies.
What should I bring to class?
A blanket or towel for baby to lay on and your diaper bag. We supply mats, oil and handouts.
Can my partner/mom/MIL/nanny come to class?
We welcome up to two adults to attend our infant massage classes and workshops. There is no additional fee for the second adult.
I have twins! Can I attend an infant massage class?
Absolutely. We welcome and encourage you. You might find it easier to being a second adult but it is not mandatory. There is no additional fee for the second adult or baby.
"I love the variety in the classes, and also knowing that I can go from prenatal to postnatal exercise with the same instructor and some of the same people."
