Tracy is thrilled to bring Fit 4 Two Classes to the women of Surrey and White Rock. Throughout her pregnancies, Tracy discovered how exercise helped to alleviate aches and pains, and gave her the strength to get through labour and the early postpartum weeks.
As a Fit 4 Two Franchisee and instructor, she has the absolute honour of meeting and working with hundreds of expecting and new moms every year, and watching them achieve their goals during pregnancy and as new moms in a safe, supportive and fun class format. Nothing excites her more than seeing her "women" connect with each other and forge new friendships while they strengthen their bodies!
In 2006, Tracy launched her personal training company "Fitness Freaks" with the goal of inspiring and empowering the general population by bringing personal training to her clients in their homes. Check out www.fitnessfreaks.ca
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and is an experienced marathoner and triathlete.
Above all else, she is proudest of her accomplishments as a mom to sons Cameron (born March 2005) and Jeremy (born August 2007)

Fit 4 Two Stroller Fitness is a mobile way for you to get a full body work out and still be able to attend to your baby’s needs. Each outdoor class includes intervals of power walking, functional strength training and cardio drills followed by postnatal-specific core work and flexibility. Our mobile intervals are ideal for babies who like to be on the move. Come out and meet other moms in your community!
Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. You do not need a jogging stroller. For safety reasons, mobile babies & tots should remain in their strollers/carriers/mom\'s arms until core work.
