More about Callie Camp »
A BCRPA-Certified Group Fitness and Yoga Instructor for 13 years, Callie joined the Fit 4 Two® team during her first pregnancy, and has been instructing East Vancouver moms and moms-to-be since 2006! Having experienced two dramatically different pregnancies and births herself, she knows firsthand the importance of women coming together as a community to share resources, and to support and motivate one another in the continuing journey as mothers.
By exercising proper self-care and showing that exercise can be social AND fun, Fit 4 Two® moms can feel confident that they are setting great examples for their babes. Callie is inspired and rewarded every day by the women sweating it out in her classes and was excited to be nominated for the 2008 BCRPA Group Fitness Leader of the Year! Talk about job satisfaction!
A mother of two, Callie loves life in the ‘hood with her husband Jason, their daughters Carmen and Keira, and their dog, Bella. Before mamahood, Callie worked as an engineer in the high-tech sector while moonlighting as a fitness leader and an avid triathlete. Having completed a Half-Iron distance in 2006, Callie hopes to eventually complete a full-Iron distance and become an IronMom!

This Baby Friendly class allows mom to get a great indoor Cycle fit workout AND attend to baby’s needs at any time. Your instructor will take you on a journey through intervals of hill climbs, speed work and endurance riding combined with intervals of muscular endurance work, postnatal specific core work and flexibility. Benefit from increased energy, improved posture, and a stronger core. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other new moms in your community. Pre-mobile babies only please.
Footwear: We recommend hard soled shoes, such as bike shoes WITHOUT external cleats. If not an option, then a proper athletic shoe such as a cross trainer will work as well.
Clothing: For your comfort, we recommend cycling shots with a padded chamois. Please avoid long pants with loose legs or cuffs as they can get caught in the bike.
Hands and wrists: Consider investing in a pair of cycling gloves to reduce strain on wrists.

Callie is amazing – every class is well planned out and she is very attentive to the little ones, stopping to sing a song with everyone when needed. She is a really great instructor and uses a lot of variety in her classes!
